The ground defines the origins of our ciders and wines, the roots of trees and shrubs ranging from stone and earth (entre Pierre et Terre) gorge themselves of mineral and organic elements that will be transmitted to the fruit, hence the need to take care of our soils. Each well assimilated element will define the quality and richness of the fruit. We transcribe the message of a soil as simply as possible in order not to dilute its information. The work is established between stone and earth is an expression of terroir and know-how.
