Opening in spring 2023, CENTRAL Pizzeria & Casse-croûte is set to become the place to go for pizza and good food in Baie-des-Chaleurs... Located in the heart of downtown Carleton-sur-Mer, the establishment owes its name to the local expression "dépanneur central" directly opposite the restaurant. Our mission is to offer excellent pizzas and a menu of quick specialties to enjoy on-site or take home!
