For more than 17 years, this warm and authentic place in La Malbaie has been satisfying customers with its tasty breads, traditional pastries, specialty coffees, its original menu, its view of the river and its friendly atmosphere. The sourdough breads are kneaded, shaped and baked on site the same day. Anchored in its environment and sensitive to the terroir, the bakery uses natural stone-ground flour from Moulin Banal des Éboulements. Its displays of local products also make it an address to stock up on regional flavors.
